Teen Summer Day Camp

Teens will experience five days of interactive events and activities to develop their social skills, independence, and professional development. The camp includes educational, motivational, self-care, and recreational activities from a host of professionals from various industries and businesses. Teens will participate in a career fair with college and military recruiters, law enforcement, and first responders. They will experience motivational workshops on personal finance, entrepreneurship, communication skills, nutrition, and fitness, music, and theater arts, as well as keynote speakers focused on inspiring young people to identify and achieve their goals. 

Complete this form to register your child for IMPACT CSC’s Summer Day Camp 2025 on July 14-18, 2025, from 9-3 pm at the A. T. Jones Family Life Center at 4903 Ehrlich Rd., Tampa, FL. 

The cost is $75 per student for the entire week. Cost includes materials from presentations and activities, light breakfast, and lunch. Scholarships may be available for eligible teens. In completing the application, the parent/guardian understands participation is voluntary.

A parental consent form and other liability forms are required to grant permission for your child’s participation in our programs. These forms are provided separately and submitted with the application.
